Checking in and Planning on!

I have been a terrible blogger.
Terrible, I tell you!

I could start on a rant of all the things I have going on and why they are so much more important than posting but I won't. Instead I'll leave you with a list of what I have/had going on and a few shots of my past weeks through the eyes of instagram!

- We are selling this house.
- We are buying a new house.
- We are moving.
*side note, I separate those because I know now that it takes so much more work than just "moving!"
- We attended a homeschool conference in DC.
- I am finishing up school for the year.
- I am still teaching ESL.
- My grandmother moved.
- I am trying to weekly mow my other grandparent's yard.
- I co-planned a baby shower.

Ok, onto a peek into what is going on!
At the conference I was able to go to a class and meet my grammar hero, Dr. Wanda C. Phillips. Seriously, if you are looking for an incredible grammar and English program her materials are the way to go! I loved her as much as I loved her books!

Mimi and her boys walking in the conference center.

The view of the Potomac from the conference center! Not a terrible picture to view in between classes!
The baby and I in between classes! These boys were the BEST! They were such troopers. Three days of in and out of classes, walking around exhibit halls, etc. So good, little complaints, and happy, happy attitudes! I. just. love. them!

Voddie Baucham session! If you have never heard his material, you should! He has several sermons on podcast and I would encourage you to look them up!
#DADIM is going well! Check it out!

I just love finding skies like these...For some reason beautiful skies remind me of Zephaniah 3:17. Look it up!

We have had unbelievable hot days around here. I am not complaining after all this snow!

I got to see the ocean while working for my uncle one day last week! I was so happy!

This dude has been such a trooper! He has played on his own, had lunch in the most random places, and slept through hammering, drilling, banging, and painting!

I made some beastly empanadas for my sister's birthday a few weeks ago! They were so delicious!
I sliced my eye while trimming along the driveway. So much so that I had to put some gel in it and patch it. Thankfully I was free to go after a day or so but crazy just the same. Just to be honest about what I looked like (really) these last few weeks this would be more accurate. Painting, digging, re-landscaping, scraping, drilling, demolishing, cleaning, weeding, mowing, planting, carpet ripping, ah!

So my plans for the next few weeks are:
- My rebuttal to the millennial movement and "leaving" the church.
- I decided to put together a 101 in 1001. But it probably won't start until July or August.
- Put together a video of the verses I have memorized.
- Introduce you guys to my latest interests and business opprotiunity.
- Letters to...(you'll see)
- Being real posts
- Participating in more link ups

I will definitely see you around!
Happy Thursday!
